1979 Pontiac Firebird Bandit black

Exactly like the famed Burt Reynolds Bandit car...PHASE #1..the body restoration was FIRST..new fenders, new front bumper, new hood, new shaker kit, new 1/4 panels, new rear bumper, new door skins, 4 new mud guard lower flair pkg, 4 new radials, 4 new OEM snowflake rims, 4 new OEM center caps, new front windshield and new rear glass and all new moldings..then the REAL TRIP was to make the original Coupe car into a T-top car. $3800 later the car was a smoked glass T-Top car as the result of a custom fabrication shop in Florida. The car was then completely painted base-clear Black and the full Bandit Bird Gold decal package was placed on the car... the exterior of the car takes your breath away..onlookers stop dead in their tracks...at this point there are a few touch ups...one on the corner of the right front bumper and on the corner of the left rear bumper...Other than that, the exterior of the car spotless..no dents no waves..just s nice straight black car..PHASE #2..NOW THE MECHANICAL RESTORATION..engine rebuilt to the tune of , transmission rebuilt to the tune of ...competition flywheel/clutch .... exhaust work (headers), brake work etc...note when the engine was put back in. installed a train horn, a Burt Reynolds CB radio and roof mount magnetic CB antenna..
