1987 MERCEDES BENZ 560SL Silver

560 SL Roadster finished in one of the most attractive color schemes. The car is in very good order all around and runs and drives fine, showing no rust or accidents. The body and paint on this car is very nice. The car has received a quality basecoat/clearcoat repaint at some point in it's recent life and presents very well. There are a few small paint chips/edge chips from signs of normal use. The car's interior is in excellent condition having just had it's front and rear seats freshly upholstered along with a newer quality dark brown soft top - overall a large expense. Amazingly, the original dashboard is nearly perfect, testament to the fact that the previous owner stated that the car has always lived indoors. The wood is in decent condition overall. Door panels are excellent. Mechanically, the car is extremely nice and reliable. It starts easily on the key with good oil pressure and no unusual noises. The engine and gearbox operate smoothly and the car glides effortlessly down the road. Wheels, tires, suspension, and brakes all feel very good. These cars are known for their train-like reliability and roadworthiness, and this example is no exception.
