1956 Continental Mark II

Power is provided by a 302ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The car was refurbished prior to the selling dealerâ??s 2023 acquisition, and it was re-acquired by the selling dealer in 2024. Work in preparation for the sale involved replacing the fuel cell, fuel pump, and fuel-filler neck. Features include shorty headers, MSD ignition, staggered Foose wheels, coilover suspension, a Ford Crown Victoria front end, four-wheel disc brakes, and dual exhaust in addition to a power-adjustable front bench, air conditioning, an AM radio, and power windows. Continental was introduced as a subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company in 1955 with the debut of the Mark II. Air intakes are integrated into the rear fenders, and brightwork includes the front grille, window trim, lower body trim, and bumpers. Foose 18â?³ and 20â?³ wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 275/40 rear Yokohama Advan S4 tires, and the car is equipped with four-wheel disc brakes. The car sits on a fabricated frame, and suspension modifications include a Ford Crown Victoria front end, a four-link rear setup, and coilover shocks. The split-back front and rear bench seats are trimmed in tan and brown leather, which is complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. The front seat is power-adjustable, and power windows and locks, air conditioning, and AM radio are also equipped.
