Work involved repainting the truck in orange, fitting a raised bed floor with oak wood slats and polished runners, and adding three-across seating trimmed in black cloth with checkered inserts as well as a tilt steering column, Vintage Air climate control, and a Kenwood Bluetooth stereo connected to Kicker speakers. The truck rides on a lowered suspension with adjustable air springs and is further equipped with 18â?³ Torq Thrust II wheels, front disc brakes, and power steering. The 350ci V8 was installed in 2022 and features an Edelbrock carburetor, a Champion aluminum radiator, and Hedman headers, while shifting is through a four-speed automatic transmission linked with a 12-bolt rear end. The passenger cab corner, upper windshield valance, and inner and outer rocker panels were replaced and the truck was repainted orange as part of the aforementioned refurbishment. The stepside pickup bed was also fitted with a raised bed floor featuring oak slats with polished runners as part of the build. Further exterior details include tinted windows, chrome bumpers, replacement door handles and taillights, and dual side mirrors with integrated LED indicator lights. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winnerâ??s participation on BaT has been restricted. Chrome 18â?³ American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels are mounted with staggered-width Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The frame has been C-notched, and the truck rides on a lowered suspension featuring an adjustable panhard rod, CPP front drop spindles, Nitro Drop 2 rear shocks, lowered rear blocks, and air springs linked to a five-gallon tank and dual compressors mounted beneath the bed.
