Modified 1954 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup

The truck has been refinished in black over matching vinyl and power comes from a 401ci Buick Nailhead V8 paired with a T5 five-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes wood bed flooring, and independent front suspension, front disc brakes, a Ford 9? rear axle, a fuel cell, a Glide Engineering bench seat, and a Vintage Air air conditioning system along with a custom rear roll pan, rear bumper, and steering column and wheel. The truck was refinished in black in 2014 after the cab floor and corners were patched and the front and rear fenders as well as all four sides of the bed were replaced. A custom rear roll pan and bumper were fitted and white accents were added to the taillight assemblies as part of the refurbishment. Cracks are visible in the left side window and right vent glass. Steel wheels are painted in black and wrapped in wide whitewall tires. The front end has been equipped with independent suspension and disc brakes. The cab’s metal surfaces are painted to match the exterior and a Glide Engineering front bench trimmed in black vinyl has been fitted along with a replacement headliner. Amenities include a custom steering column and wheel and a Vintage Air air conditioning system. Classic Instruments instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer with an inset tachometer and a combination gauge for coolant temperature, fuel level, voltage, and oil pressure.
