Description
The 235ci inline-six is fitted with a re-ground camshaft, an Offenhauser intake manifold, and dual Weber carburetors. Shifting is through a T-5 five-speed manual transmission, and additional modifications include QA1 coilover shocks, power-assisted steering and disc brakes, aftermarket 17â?³ and 18â?³ wheels, and more. Approximately 1,500 miles have been added by the selling dealer since acquiring the truck a year and a half ago. The steel body was reportedly repainted in the General Motors shade of Switchblade Silver (17) and received a satin-finish clear coat. The bed is comprised of wood planks with steel slats, and a lockable metal box is mounted aft of the cab. Polished 17â?³ front and 18â?³ rear Ridler wheels wear Continental ExtremeContact tires measuring 235/50 and 245/50, respectively. The truck features independent front suspension with tubed A-arms and polyurethane bushings as well as a four-link rear suspension, QA1 coil-over shocks, power steering, and power-assisted 11â?³ disc brakes. The interior is trimmed in tan with quilted-patterned upholstery on the bench seat and door panels inserts. Matching carpets line the floors, while the doors and dashboard are painted metallic blue. Lap belts are equipped for two occupants.
