Description
The 3. 6 liter flat-six has been left stock aside from an aftermarket intake and is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Other modifications include Eibach progressive rate springs fitted at 10k miles, a Redline front tower strut brace, and an aftermarket stereo. The factory springs and airbox will be included with the sale. This RSA is sold with a service file dating back to 1997, the factory window sticker, a set of turbo-twist wheels, some spares, an Evolution3 car cover, and a clean Illinois title. The OEM springs will be included with the sale. A repaint in factory-correct Grand Prix White was commissioned in 2004 after the car was keyed on one side. The factory option sticker underneath the front hood is shown above. An easily removable Redline front strut tower bar can be seen in pictures of the front trunk in the photo gallery. The 17 factory alloy wheels appear to be clean at all four corners with only a few minor marks in the pictures provided. They are wrapped in Hankook Ventus V12 evo tires that were installed in June 2015. The most recent four-wheel alignment was performed in December 2015. A set of Porsche turbo-twist alloy wheels will also be included with the car. This RSA was factory optioned with a limited-slip differential as per its window sticker highlighted further down this listing. A brake fluid flush was performed on April 5, 2016. Deeply bolstered cloth seats appear to be in nice shape along with the RS-style door panels, factory blue seat belts, dashboard, and carpeting. A set of custom floor mats have been added, and the interior remains stock aside from an added period-correct Blaupunkt CD head-unit and Alpine door speakers. This car was optioned with an electric sunroof but no air conditioning. The odometer shows 62,786 miles which are corroborated with 19 years of service records and the Carfax report. The 3. 6 liter flat-six is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and made 247 horsepower when new. A synthetic oil change was performed in December 2016 and the engine fan belts were replaced in October 2015. A factory recall breather kit has been installed. Spares consist of brake pads, several bottles of Redline gear oil, and an extra DME relay. The original window sticker shows the optional limited-slip differential and electric sunroof options. The total original MSRP was $57,401. The aforementioned accident in July 2004 causing the replacement of the front bumper is also displayed in addition to two service records. Filed under: 964
