1969 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Tribute

This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro was disassembled and refurbished in the style of a COPO ZL1 model in 2008, at which time it was refinished in Daytona Yellow over a black vinyl interior. Power is provided by a big-block V8 based on an aluminum ZL1 block produced by Schwartz Machine Company that utilizes GM Performance aluminum cylinder heads and is paired with a Muncie M-21 four-speed manual transmission and a 4. 10:1 Posi-traction differential. Additional equipment includes a cowl induction hood, front and rear spoilers, 14? steel wheels, front disc brakes, a Hurst shifter, a Holley four-barrel carburetor, and a dual exhaust system from Gardner Exhaust Systems. Equipment includes a cowl induction hood, a rear deck spoiler, a front lip spoiler, and chrome rocker panel moldings. 14? steel wheels are finished in matching yellow and wear chrome dog-dish hubcaps along with reproduction F70-14 Goodyear Wide Tread tires with raised white letters. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums, and a front anti-roll bar is fitted. The interior features high-back bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl, matching adjustable headrests, black carpets and door panels, and a black dash pad. A radio-delete panel is installed in the dash, and equipment includes a Hurst shifter, black lap belts, and black rubber floor mats. The three-spoke steering wheel features brushed spokes and frames a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel-level gauge, and various warning lamps.
