Description

1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Built pro-touring style car. Very nice quality work and components. Add up just the parts to get an idea what it cost to build! Reliable and makes tons of power on pump gas. Started as a clean 1979 Camaro Z28 (real Z28). 377 Dart SHP block, Scat forged rotating assembly, custom turbo roller cam. ARF 185 heads. Edelbrock intake. Twin Precision 58mm turbos. Precision wastegates. Intercooler inside the front bumper. Hotside and cold side are custom made. 3 dual exhaust with x-pipe and Borla mufflers, tailpipes. Holley Dominator EFI and digital dash. Aeromotive A1000 pump, -10 feed lines and -8 return. 60 lb fuel injectors. Howe radiator with two electric fans, runs consistent 190 temperature. Transmission is a Janis 700r4. The valve body was replaced when the EFI was added in November 2017. Suspension is also updated. Sub-frame connectors. Detroit Speed suspension front and back; front upper and lower control arms, DSE springs, Koni Classic shocks. KORE3 C6 Corvette disc brakes front and rear. Emergency brake is not hooked up. I have the pedal mechanism but it needs the cables (available from KORE3). 18x9 and 18x11 CCW Classics custom matched to the car. . The rear end is a modified 8.5 10 bolt from a Buick Grand National with Alloy axles. Exterior is clean. The paint is close to the original blue, but this color is 2008 Corvette Lemans Blue. Anvil Power Bulge carbon fiber hood. The paint is 7/10. Looks good from 5 feet but it is not show car paint, good driver paint though. Interior is pretty stock and clean, but updated. Stock seats, carpet, headliner, and door panels. The dash has been modified for the Holley digital dash. Does have working stereo. All the exterior lights work, turn signals, etc.
