Description
This 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet is a lifetime California car that shows 22k original miles. Finished in Diamond Blue Metallic over Marine Blue, the matching soft top and rear window were replaced in 2017. The 3. 2-liter flat-six is paired to a G50 5-speed manual and remains unmodified, with routine maintenance performed over the past 14 years by Sportech Motors in Campbell, California. A 15k mile service was performed in 2003, and the 16â?³ color-matched Fuchs received new Kumho rubber in 2015. Options from the factory include front and rear spoilers, 16â?³ color-matched Fuchs, sport shock absorbers, headlight washers, heavy duty windshield washers, and a raised hub steering wheel. Earlier this year, the convertible top and rear window were replaced. The Marine Blue interior remains mostly original and well-preserved, although an area of seam separation is noted on the driverâ??s lower cushion as shown in the gallery. A raised hub 4-spoke steering wheel was fitted from purchase, though the original Blaupunkt Reno stereo has been replaced with a period Alpine head-unit that is reported to be partially inoperable. Aftermarket speakers have been installed in the doors. The 3. 2-liter flat six is paired to a G50 5-speed manual gearbox and recently received a clean bill of health.
