39k-Mile 1997 Acura NSX 6-Speed

This 1997 Acura NSX has just 39,300 miles from new and is powered by its factory 3.2 liter VTEC V6 paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. This example is finished in Formula Red and was acquired by the seller earlier the year. In 2003 at 21k miles, a Comptech low-boost supercharger kit was professionally installed along with an aftermarket exhaust system and lowering springs. Work included a new timing belt/water pump, all new coolant hoses, a valve adjustment, and much more as detailed below. Acura of Brookfield also installed the low-boost Comptech supercharger kit on 5/29/2003 at 21,638 miles, which the seller removed in September 2016.This car has been thoroughly inspected by seller, who has owned three other NSXs. No evidence of any prior accidents or bodywork has been found, and the car retains all of its factory panels and paint with the exception of a scratch that was recently repaired on the lower front valence. Paint flaws consist of a few touch-ups on the rear bumper, several small scratches, normal age-related light road wear on the front of the car, and a few small dings that the seller could not get his camera to pick up.In January 2003, the prior owner had lowering springs and an aftermarket exhaust fitted. The car was just aligned by Ed Martin Acura in Indianapolis and the ABS pump was replaced, followed by a flush of the entire brake system with new ATE fluid. The wheels themselves are said to remain free of any rash or scrapes, though one of the rear wheels has a few areas of chrome starting to flake off.
