1983 DeLorean DMC-12 5-Speed

This 1983 DeLorean DMC-12 features a stainless-steel exterior over a gray interior, and power is provided by a replacement rear-mounted 2. 85-liter PRV V6 mated to a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes gullwing doors, rear window louvers, leather seats, power windows and door locks, LED headlights, and a custom audio and video system. Service since July 2020 has reportedly consisted of refurbishing the brakes and CV transaxles, along with replacing the clutch master and slave cylinders, steering rack, DMC stainless steel braided fuel lines, and engine mounts. The DMC-12 was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and features brushed stainless-steel panels mounted on a fiberglass underbody and a Lotus-Esprit-derived steel backbone chassis. Turbine-style 14? front and 15? rear wheels are wrapped in a mixed set of Cooper tires. The two-seat cabin features gray leather upholstery with matching interior plastics and carpeting. Equipment includes air conditioning, power windows and door locks, and an aftermarket flip-out Pioneer head unit. A black three-spoke steering wheel fronts instrumentation that includes an 85-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, fuel level, and oil pressure. The front trunk houses a custom enclosure that is fitted with amplifiers, while the underside of the hood is mounted with dual 19? display screens.
