1966 CHEVROLET CORVETTE ROADSTER

In 1966 Chevrolet replace the Corvette's 396 cubic inch big block with their "legendary" 427. There were two versions; one was a 390 horse power model (which really dyno?d in at 400 hp) and the other was a 425 horse power version which really produced 450 h.p. Because of insurance rates the 450 h.p. engine was rated at 425 hp, but the engine was not ?de-tuned?.The car has just over 50,000 original miles and has only been driven a few miles since its body off the frame restoration.
