Description
Additional modifications include installation of a Holley carburetor, an electronic ignition, LED dashboard lighting, auxiliary gauges, a woodgrain steering wheel, and an aftermarket radio. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a Traction-Lok differential, and equipment consists of power-assisted brakes, Magnum 500-style wheels, rear window louvers, and front and rear spoilers. Exterior features include a front lip spoiler, black ‘hockey stick’ graphics, color-keyed mirrors, rear window louvers, black tail light bezels, and a raised rear deck spoiler. 15? Magnum 500-style wheels wear BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires sized 215/60 up front and 255/60 at the rear. Power-assisted front disc brakes were standard equipment on the 1970 Boss 302. The cabin features door panels and high-backed front bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl with textured inserts, while woodgrain trim accents the interior. Additional features include pop-out rear-quarter windows, a heater, and a center console housing a Hurst shifter. A vintage-style modern radio is fitted in the stock location, and the dashboard lighting is fitted with LED bulbs. A crack is noted on the right door pull, and wear is visible on interior surfaces. The Grant woodgrain three-spoke steering wheel frames a replacement 120-mph speedometer and a Sunpro tachometer mounted atop the steering column.
