This 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SL is finished in red over beige upholstery, and it is powered by a 2. 8-liter inline-six mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a matching hardtop, a black soft top, 14� steel wheels with painted covers, power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and a Becker Europa AM/FM radio, The car was brought to Canada from the US approximately 10 years ago, and reportedly underwent a multi-year refurbishment that concluded in 2022. The W113 SL was designed by Friedrich Geiger, Béla Barényi, and Paul Bracq and was introduced to the public at the 1963 Geneva Motor Show. Exterior details include a black soft top, split chrome bumpers with overriders, twin exhaust outlets, and US-specification headlights.
