This 1969 Jaguar XKE is a Series II roadster that was built in March 1969 and dispatched to British Leyland of New York the following May. It received exterior and interior color changes over the course of a 1989–1990 refurbishment completed by Reuters Coach Works in Connecticut and was given a mechanical recommissioning by Talacrest of Surrey, England in 1994 that included an engine overhaul, braking and suspension updates, and more.
