Description
This 1962 Chevrolet Corvette was built in April 1962 and its original dealer was Prince Chevrolet of Princeton, New Jersey. The car is finished in Roman Red with a matching hardtop and a black convertible top over a black vinyl interior. Its numbers-matching 327ci V8 is paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and additional features include a limited-slip differential, a Carter carburetor, spinner wheel covers, a Wonderbar AM radio, and power windows. The selling dealer acquired the car in early 2020 and has changed the oil. The exterior is finished in Roman Red with matching coves and features a removable hardtop with April 1962â??dated plexiglass as well as a black convertible top, which has patches on its left side. Factory 15â?³ steel wheels wear Corvette spinner covers and are mounted with whitewall tires. Aftermarket shocks have been added. The cabin is trimmed in black vinyl and features power windows, and the center stack is equipped with a Wonderbar AM radio, climate controls, and an inoperable analog clock. The trunk is lined with a black mat, under which a factory lug wrench is stowed. The three-spoke steering wheel bears a Corvette horn button and sits ahead of factory instrumentation that includes a 160-mph speedometer, a multi-color tachometer, and auxiliary gauges.
