Description
Power is from a fuel-injected 1,600cc flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle, and the car is finished in black over red leather. Features include an oval rear window, semaphore turn indicators, a fabric sunroof, Fuchs-style wheels, and four-wheel disc brakes. Oil and filter changes were carried out in preparation for the sale along with installation of new brake pads. The car was manufactured in Germany in December 1954 and shipped to São Paolo, Brazil as knock-down kit for final assembly. Details include H4 headlamps, dual fender mirrors, semaphore turn indicators, bright side moldings, an oval rear window, and taillight hearts. Polished Fuchs-style 15? wheels feature black recesses and Porsche center caps. Staggered-width Kumho tires are due for replacement in the rear. The hubs have been converted to five-lug versions, and disc brakes with new pads are mounted at all four corners. Red upholstery trims low-backed bucket seats as well as the rear bench, door cards, and headliner, while black loop carpets and mats line the floors. The banjo-spoke steering wheel wears a “golden lady” horn button and frames a 170-mph VDO speedometer with a conical lens and red backlighting.
