Description
The car is finished in silver over black upholstery, and power comes from a turbocharged and intercooled M30B30 3. 0-liter inline-six paired with a Getrag five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Features include Alpina/Recaro seats, US-market quarter panel lights, a Zender front spoiler, and Bilstein sport struts and shocks. Service performed by the selling dealer in preparation for the sale included rebuilds of the ignition and fuel systems. Features include European-market bumpers, an Alpina rear spoiler and badging, US-market quarter panel running lights that were reportedly added in the 1980s, and a Zender front spoiler that replaced the factory unit after it was damaged during importation. New front and rear roundel emblems were fitted by the selling dealer. The windshield shows areas of pitting, there is a dent at the rear passenger jack point, and paint bubbles are noted on the driver-side quarter panel, in the corners of the rear window, above the passenger-side taillight, and in the inner edge of the passenger-side rear wheel arch. The 16×8? Alpina wheels are mounted with Dunlop Direzza DZ102 tires measuring 205/55 up front and 225/50 out back. A matching spare wheel with older Michelin rubber is mounted in the trunk along with a tool kit. The B7 Turbo Coupe featured an Alpina-designed adjustable front sway bar and progressive springs.
