Description
This 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS is finished in Rosso Corsa over Tan leather with red carpets and has 47,443 miles. Sold new in 1988 at Bob Sharp Ferrari, the car was then maintained and serviced at Algar Ferrari in Pennsylvania, Foreign Cars Italia in North Carolina, and most recently by Steve Maxwell Exotic Car Service in California. Powered by a 3. This 328 is now being offered by the selling dealer with invoices from October 1994 to November 2014, a 170+ photo gallery, clean AutoCheck and Carfax reports, and a clean Texas title. One of the last Ferraris engineered and launched during Enzo Ferrariâ??s lifetime, the 328 succeeded the popular 308 with an increased displacement V8 and a myriad of detail changes throughout. The mid-engined 328 was offered in both hardtop (GTB) and Targa/Spider (GTS) forms. The cars were assembled in Maranello, Italy until the fall of 1989. The car reportedly retains its original Sekurit glass, Glasurit paint decal on the rear hatch, factory VIN stickers located on both doors and the front bonnet, and body number 367 stamped on the front and rear hatches. Inside, Tan leather upholstery looks to be holding up nicely throughout. Red factory carpeting provides a consistent color theme throughout the car. Other than a modern Alpine CD stereo head-unit, this 328 appears to have been maintained in stock specification. Engine #F105C040 *01369* has been regularly maintained throughout its life according to the included service file. Mechanicals remain unmodified from stock, and a major service was performed by Steve Maxwell Exotic Car Service of San Diego California in November 2014 at 46,928 miles. In addition to a stamped factory service book, this 328 is documented by a maintenance file dating back to October 1994, with many receipts highlighted in the photo gallery. Filed under: 328
