Description

This 1977 Ford Bronco Ranger was built at the Wayne, Michigan plant in February 1977 and reportedly spent time in California and Arizona before being recently acquired by the selling dealer. Power is sent through a C4 automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case, and the truck is also equipped with a white removable hardtop, tan vinyl seats with houndstooth inserts, and a swing-away spare tire carrier. Additional work reportedly performed at that time included replacing the body bushings, tinting the windows, and applying spray-on bed liner to the underbody. Close-up photos of the paintwork, trim, and lenses can be viewed in the gallery. The 15â?³ steel wheels feature stock covers and wear 235/75 Goodyear Wrangler Radial tires. The truck is equipped front disc and rear drum brakes, manually-locking front hubs, and a James Duff suspension system. The interior is upholstered in tan and features vinyl seat covers with houndstooth cloth inserts, replacement carpets, and a body-color dashboard. Additional equipment includes a three-spoke steering wheel, a floor-mounted shifter for the transfer case, a locking Ranger-badged glove compartment, and manual windows and door locks. No stereo is currently installed. Instrumentation consists of a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for charging level, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure.
