Description
Powered by a numbers-matching 327ci L79 V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, the car is finished in Goodwood Green over Saddle leather. Additional cosmetic issues include a cracked right front turn-signal housing, areas of corrosion on the grille slats, and a gouge in the passenger-side front fender lip. The headlights have been replaced with halogen units. The interior is upholstered in Saddle leather (421) with a matching dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpeting. The seats were reconditioned in summer 2020, and the door locks were adjusted and repaired. A woodgrain steering wheel fronts factory instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The 327ci L79 V8 produced a factory-rated 350 horsepower. Service in August 2020 included fluid changes, replacing the coolant hoses, and addressing an oil leak. The stamping on the engine block matches the last six digits of the car’s serial number: 109187. The HT suffix at the right side of the stamping pad indicates a 350-horsepower L79 327ci application in conjunction with a manual transmission.
