Description
This Ford 3-Window Coupe replica is a fiberglass-bodied hot rod that was reportedly built in 2011 and is powered by a 354ci Hemi V8 equipped with a BDS 671 supercharger and paired with a TorqueFlite 727 three-speed automatic transmission. This 3-Window Coupe is being offered on consignment by the selling dealer in New Milford, Connecticut with service records and New York registration listing the vehicle as a 1933 Ford. The fiberglass body was reportedly sourced from ScottRods of Monroeville, Ohio and has been painted in Corvette Torch Red with custom rear pinstriping. Features include a polished grill surround along with chrome side-view mirrors, headlight buckets, and front and rear bumperettes. The 14” front and 17” rear American Racing Torq-Thrust wheels wear faux knock-off spinners and are wrapped in Goodyear and BFGoodrich tires that measure 195/75 up front and 345/55 out back. The brake system features four-wheel vented discs with stainless steel lines and calipers reportedly sourced from a 2000 Mustang. The car rides on Lucky 7 suspension with PRO shock absorbers up front while the four-link rear suspension utilizes adjustable QA1 shocks. The cabin is accessed via reverse-hinged doors and features an adjustable front bench seat trimmed in black leather with red stitching along with matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include power windows, a remote-controlled JVC CD stereo, and a Cheetah SCS shifter. A black leather-wrapped steering wheel is mounted to a tilt steering column and sits ahead of Stewart Warner instrumentation that includes a 160-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for voltage, oil pressure, water temperature, and fuel level.
