2-liter V8 in March 2022. The interior is trimmed in blue leather, and equipment includes dual SU carburetors, a four-speed automatic transmission, servo-assisted drum brakes, power steering, driving lamps, a rear receiver hitch, air conditioning, power windows, burl wood trim, and a CD player. Maintenance performed in June 2024 included the installation of a replacement exhaust manifold gasket, horns, and a fluid service. Features include polished bumpers and trim, driving lamps, a front badge bar, dual side mirrors, and a rear receiver hitch. Replacement horns were installed in June 2024. The steel wheels wear polished covers, and they are mounted with BFGoodrich Momentum radial tires. A full-size spare wheel is stowed beneath the trunk floor. Power-assisted steering was standard equipment on the S2, and stopping power is provided by servo-assisted drums at all four corners. The power steering fluid reservoir was resealed in June 2024, and the front hydraulic shocks were refilled. The left-hand-drive cabin features bench seats trimmed in blue leather with burl wood dash, window, and seatback trim.
