Description
This 1941 GMC pickup is finished in matte black over black leather and is powered by a GM-derived L99 6. 2-liter V8 paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and a Dana four-link rear axle. A refurbishment in 2018 involved a refreshed interior, installation of the powertrain, and fitting custom bodywork that includes a double-walled truck box with a fixed tailgate and integrated taillights. Features include gray-finished Ridler wheels, Wilwood brakes, power-adjustable bucket seats, a Kenwood head unit, a reverse camera, Classic Instruments gauges, power windows, Ridetech coilovers, a TCI front end, MagnaFlow mufflers, and a two-piece windshield. The front grille shows rust, and equipment includes a double-walled steel pickup box, a two-piece windshield, and “General Motors Truck” badges. Modifications include a fixed-panel tailgate, integrated taillights, and removal of the rear bumper. The headlights are not molded into the fenders, and the running boards are dented. Gray-finished 18? front and 20? rear Ridler wheels feature polished lips and are wrapped in Cooper Zeon RS tires. Wilwood front and rear disc brakes with red-finished calipers as well as power-steering were added, and additional suspension components include Ridetech Hyperco coilover springs and a TCI front end. The cab features power-adjustable bucket seats upholstered in black leather.
