1965 Ford Mustang Fastback 4-Speed

The work included a repaint in green with red rocker stripes, new black upholstery, installation of a 289ci V8, and replacement suspension components. Additional equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, GT-style trim, 14? styled steel wheels, louvered quarter vents, front disc brakes, a cassette stereo, and Rally-Pac gauges. The car was acquired as a disassembled project with a dented driver-side roof and removed front-end sheet metal believed to be from a 1966 model. GT-style details include the fog light grille, fuel filler, and fender badges as well as dual exhausts that exit through the rear valance. The black license plate shown in the photos is not included. Chrome 14? styled steel wheels wear 215/70 Firestone FR480 white-letter tires. The car is equipped with front disc brakes as well as power-assisted steering. The interior was retrimmed in black, and front bucket seats with Deluxe-style upholstery are paired with a contoured rear bench with a folding backrest.
