1993 Mercedes-Benz 600SL RENNTech SL74

This 1993 Mercedes-Benz 600SL has been modified with the SL74 package from RENNTech, which included increasing displacement of the quad-cam V12 to 7. 4 liters, along with modifications to the brakes and suspension. The car is finished in black with a matching removable panoramic hardtop over black leather, and additional equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a vented hood, automatic climate control, power-adjustable seats, power windows, fog lamps, 18” OZ wheels, and more. Subsequent work reportedly included the application of a ceramic coating, rebuilds of the E-GAS module and individual throttle bodies, and refinishing the wheels and brake calipers. The exterior is finished in black and features a matching soft top as well as a body-colored hardtop, V12 and RENNTech badging, a ventilated hood, a dual-outlet exhaust, and fog lamps. The 18” multi-piece OZ Racing wheels feature black centers with polished lips, and are wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires sized 245/40 up front and 285/35 out back. Stopping power is provided by 14” slotted discs with black-painted RENNTech-branded Alcon calipers. The SL74 package included springs that offered 1” of lowering, along with uprated sway bars. The cabin features power-adjustable seats trimmed in black leather along with a matching dashboard, door panels, and Mercedes Benz-branded floor mats. Woodgrain trim is found throughout the cabin, and amenities include automatic climate control, an integrated phone, and power windows.
