Description
The car has been refinished in Meridian Turquoise with a white Royal Bobcatâ??style livery over a refreshed Parchment interior, and its 1971-vintage 400ci V8 has been fitted with period Ram Air II induction components and cylinder heads. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip rear differential with 4. 33:1 gears. Additional features include a period eight-track player, Hurst wheels, hide-away headlamps, front disc brakes, and red-line tires. The car was shipped from the factory with red-line tires and now wears Firestone Super Sports Wide Oval red-line tires. Braking is handled via discs up front and drums at the rear. The cabin has been redone with Parchment white upholstery in favor of its factory-delivered Black (223). A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a black dashboard with woodgrain trim. Instrumentation includes a combination gauge, a 120-mph speedometer, a rally clock, and a hood-mounted Pontiac tachometer. True mileage is unknown.
