Description

It was sold new in Washington before moving to Arizona for many years and then to a Chicago-based collector in 2009, who had the car repainted in its factory Carnival Red. One leaf spring was added to raise the factory stance. The traction arms were also stripped, painted, and fitted with new bushings. Finally, a new set of correct rear shocks were installed. Rolling stock consists of 15 Halibrand two-piece wheels measuring 6 wide up front with a 3. 75 offset and 7 wide in the rear with a 4. 25 offset. They are wrapped in Yokohama S. drive 195/50 series rubber all around. The factory 13steel wheels with hubcaps, rings, and Michelin tires are included as displayed in the photo gallery. A new factory-style convertible top was installed, and the original tonneau cover is also included. Side-view mirrors were recently added. A new dashboard and dash pad from Sunbeam Specialties were recently fitted along with Coco mats. The gauges were cleaned while the dashboard was out.
