A subsequent refurbishment included a repaint in Beluga Black over custom interior upholstery as well as installation of a Puma-style hood and dash, black steel wheels, a winch, LED lighting, an aftermarket heating system, and more. Power is from a naturally-aspirated 2. 5-liter 12J diesel four-cylinder mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and a two-speed transfer case. An electrical overhaul with a new wiring harness, battery, and alternator was performed in spring 2020. The truck was fitted with a Puma-style hood and repainted Beluga Black in 2005 according to the selling dealer. Accessories include an external roll cage with a roof rack and rear window guards, rock sliders, fender flares, and a steel front bumper with a brush guard and integrated winch. Black steel wheels are mounted with Silverstar mud-terrain tires, and a mismatched spare is affixed to the swing-out carrier at the rear. LED headlamps and auxiliary lighting have also been added. The seats, door panels, and headliner are trimmed in diamond-quilted red upholstery with black accents. An aftermarket heating system has been added along with a Pioneer stereo.
