1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 4-Speed

The exterior was refinished in Silver Pearl, a replacement convertible top was professionally fitted, reproduction interior pieces by Al Knoch Interiors were installed, and the factory AM/FM Delco radio was rebuilt to include an auxiliary input. Features include a color-matched removable hardtop, side exhaust pipes, and a Nardi three-spoke steering wheel. Features an eggcrate grille, three vertical vents per fender, side-exit exhaust pipes, and a hood cowl. The car’s replacement black convertible top was installed by Corvette specialist Adam Parker, and is shown raised above. The interior was delivered new in Silver (426) according to the trim tag and features replacement seating surfaces and door panels sourced from Al Knoch Interiors of Canutillo, Texas. Additional equipment includes a wood-rimmed Nardi three-spoke steering wheel, manually-operated windows, and lap belts for both occupants. The driver’s seat back has been replaced and modified to accommodate additional leg room, and the stock removed seat clad in matching replacement vinyl is included in the sale. Instrumentation consists of a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 160-mph speedometer, and supplementary gauges. Actual mileage is unknown. Power is provided by a 454ci V8 that was stroked to a displacement of 496ci in 2012 by Eddings Engine Inc.
