Description
9-liter inline-six. With a repaint in metallic gray, the car was further modified with BC Racing coilovers, 15â?³ RAYS wheels, and FAST fuel injection as well as electronic ignition, a Quaife limited-slip differential, a Fujitsubu exhaust system, and aftermarket air conditioning. The body seals and weatherstripping were replaced, and exterior details include dark-finished JDM-style bumpers, H4 headlights, black trim, and illuminated C-pillar badges as well as hood vents, dual side mirrors, and a Honda windshield-wiper motor. Black-finished 15â?³ RAYS wheels are mounted with 225/50 Kumho Ecsta AST tires that have 2022 production-date codes. BC Racing coilovers have been fitted, as have Silver Project adjustable tension-rod arms and replacement bushings and hardware. The tie-rod ends and steering knuckles were also replaced, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums that received Hawk pads, carbon-metallic shoes, and stainless-steel lines. The cabin was stripped to the metal surfaces, which were treated with epoxy primer and LizardSkin sound and heat insulation before replacement velour carpeting was installed. The bucket seats were reupholstered in black vinyl, and a reproduction dashboard and Alcantara-trimmed door panels were fitted along with a suede headliner and an Auto AC Solutions air-conditioning kit. The heater core was repaired, and additional appointments include an electric rear window defogger, an aftermarket shift knob, and USB outlets along with a Skillard spare-tire compartment lid in the cargo floor. The replica Nissan Competition wood-rim steering wheel frames a tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline as well as a 160-mph speedometer whose needle bounces at lower speeds.
