Work included a body-off repaint in pastel blue, reupholstery of the interior, installation of a Virga Customs roll cage with a canvas top, a disc brake conversion, and more. Power is supplied by a 331ci V8 equipped with Edelbrock cylinder heads, MSD ignition, and FiTech fuel injection. Shifting is through a four-speed automatic transmission, and additional equipment includes a dual-range transfer case, factory-style 15? wheels, a 2. 5? suspension lift kit, sway bars, and a Kenwood head unit. The body was removed from the frame and repainted in its current shade of pastel blue during the refurbishment, and the work included replacement of the front floor pans, hood, rear quarter panels, and weatherstripping. The frame was powder coated black at that time and the windshield wipers were deleted. Factory 15? steel wheels with polished covers wear BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. A 2. 5? suspension and 1? body lift kit have reportedly been added, along with four-wheel disc brakes. A full-size spare is mounted on a swing-out carrier attached to the rear tail gate, and blue six-digit California license plates are fitted at either end.
