1968 Chevrolet C-10 Short bed Orange

The 1968 has the nicest grill system of any of the C10s all metal and 67 same but had a small back window, all the other years are plastic , Trucks came with 6 cylinders V8 327,350,400 small block and 396,402 big block The restoration started in 2009 truck was dismantled . The started a full on assembly with new stock and custom parts like power disc brakes and rotors and calipers, Cowl hood was installed all new glass, sound absorber padding under new carpet Dash and full inside of cab sanded and painted new tilt column, stereo with speaker box behind seat Where fuel tank was removed the glass vents in the doors were removed and a one Piece glass kit Was installed and nice and quiet too.all interior was redone, visors Mirror, glove box all pain less type wire and new fuse Systems, exterior had new bumper and grill system, vintage air conditioner system, Mirrors, all front end parts, stainless trim, tail gate locks, tail lights, custom blinkers, all this took years forward to me getting the truck it came with a different engine and transmission, I always wanted a 427 so I bought one 2500 had the best speed shop in our area Bell and Gains speed shop in Buisness for more than 50 years. Three months Later and more than 7000 then I bought the best Sanderson bid block headers motor mounts 4 core big block radiator with a real nice polished aluminum over flow tank, clutch type cooling fan converter for big block Polished parts another 1500 Rebuilt the Th400 and exhaust installed the Billet specialties wheels And 295/45/18 Hankook tires on all four corners, it looks and runs great, truck runs cool starts good cold Great idle too, cold A/C all blinkers and horn work as they should, also installed a balanced drive line, all new fluids.
