Description
The car wears a repaint in Signal Red over black Moss Motors upholstery, and equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, an electric radiator fan, a black convertible top, a tonneau cover, removable side windows, 15â?³ Dayton wire wheels, knock-off hubs, front disc brakes, and a banjo-style steering wheel. Imperfections include cracks in the side windows, a nick in the rear window, and paint defects. Bright 15â?³ Dayton wire wheels with two-ear hubs are mounted with 165-series Kelly Steel-Belted Radial tires. A non-matching spare is housed in a compartment out back. The car was factory equipped with an independent front suspension with upper and lower wishbones and coil springs as well as a semi-elliptic leaf-spring rear suspension. Amenities include a lockable glovebox, door pockets, and a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror. The shifter knob rattles under hard acceleration, and the steering is noted to be heavy. The banjo-style steering wheel fronts Jaeger instrumentation consisting of a 120-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer. Auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, and amperage are positioned at the center of the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 4,600 miles, but it was reportedly reset to zero during the refurbishment.
