1963 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk 3-Speed

It is powered by a 289ci V8 linked to a three-speed manual transmission, a non-functioning electric overdrive, and a Twin-Traction rear differential. It is finished in white over blue vinyl, and features include 15� steel wheels with covers, power steering, an antenna, bright trim, air conditioning, and reclining front seats. Recent work has included servicing the brake system and performing fluids services. The Brooks Stevens-styled body was finished from the factory in Blue Mist Metallic (6312) and was previously repainted in white. Features include a mesh grille, windshield washers, an antenna, spearhead fender ornaments, pop-open fender vents, Gran Turismo door badging, chrome bumpers, and bright trim. The 15� steel wheels wear stainless-steel covers and are mounted with Firestone Deluxe Champion thin-whitewall tires. Factory equipment included power steering, a front anti-sway bar, front coil springs, and rear leaf springs. Work in December 2023 included servicing the drum brakes and replacing the brake master cylinder and hoses. The reclining front seats and rear bench are upholstered in blue vinyl (7241BV), and interior appointments include a center console, wood trim, an electric clock, Studebaker-branded rubber mats, and air conditioning. The driver-seat bottom upholstery was recently replaced, and the push-button AM radio does not work.
