1968 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible L36 427/390 4-Speed

This 1968 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a 427ci L36 V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and the exterior was refinished in red in 2013 and the cabin was refurbished in black in 2022. Additional work included replacing the black convertible soft top and 15â?³ Rally-style wheels as well as converting the hideaway headlights and windshield wipers to electric operation. The car is also equipped with a Positraction differential, a removable hardtop, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, a Hurst shifter, and an AM/FM radio. The car was factory-finished in Rally Red (974) and repainted in 2013, and the rear deck panel was refinished in 2022. The headlights and windshield wipers were converted to electric systems in 2022, and a replacement black soft top was installed. Additional features include a removable hardtop, hideaway headlights, a driver-side mirror, and dual exhaust outlets. The 15â?³ Rally wheels wear chrome trim rings and center caps and are mounted with 225/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs. The wheels and rear calipers were replaced in November 2021. The cabin left the factory trimmed in red vinyl (407) and was refurbished in black in 2023.
