Restored 1973 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000

The exterior was refinished in Rosso Amaranto following rust repair and bodywork, at which time the brightwork and other trim were reconditioned. The tan interior has been redone, and the previously rebuilt twin-cam 2. 0L inline-four was partially disassembled so that period-style finishes could be applied to the hardware. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox and a rear differential that has been refreshed. The suspension and braking systems have also been disassembled, rebuilt, and refinished. The car features a dealer-installed electric sunroof, and the exterior has been refinished in its factory-delivered Rosso Amaranto (509), with work completed by Peter Hogenes of Vista, California from March 2018 to May 2019. Rust was repaired, and the brightwork was either reconditioned or replaced. Cromodora wheels measure 14â?³ x 5. 5â?³ and show Alfa Romeo castings and center caps. The brake calipers were replated and rebuilt, and the rotors, pads, and associated hardware were replaced.
