1966 Ford F-250 Custom Camper Special 4-Speed

Work included rebuilding the 352ci V8, adding PerTronix ignition, a Holley carburetor, and aluminum Edelbrock valve covers, refreshing the cabin, and refinishing the bodywork in Rangoon Red and Wimbledon White. Equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, a Styleside bed, dual fuel tanks, a farm-style rear bumper, rear mud flaps, and a period-style radio with Sony door speakers. The truck was finished from the factory in two-tone Rangoon Red and Wimbledon White, and it was repainted in those colors during the refurbishment. It features swing-away side mirrors, a Styleside bed, and a farm-style rear bumper. The 16â?³ steel wheels wear a black powder coat and Dean Wildcat LT All Terrain tires. Stopping power is provided by drums at each corner, and Yosemite Sam mud flaps are fitted out back. The brake cylinders and liners were replaced in 2014, when the drums were resurfaced, and the rear pinion seal, axle seals, and front shocks were changed at that time as well. The radius arm bushings and front springs were replaced in 2018. The padded bench seat was reupholstered using custom-fabricated factory-style vinyl, and a period-style radio has been added along with Sony door speakers. The headliner and floor mats have been replaced.
