Description
Power is supplied by a 351ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case, and additional factory- and dealer-installed equipment includes a white hardtop, tinted windows, front bucket seats, a folding rear seat, power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning. The selling dealer has replaced the tires, muffler, and gearbox oil. The second-generation Bronco was produced only for the 1978 and 1979 model years. Factory 15â?³ steel wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires with raised white lettering, which were replaced in May 2020. Second-generation Broncos featured solid front and rear axles, and the front axle is equipped with locking hubs. The cabin features individual front bucket seats and a folding rear bench with beige upholstery over black carpeting. To the right of the factory AM radio are controls for the air conditioning. A two-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a dashboard with a brown cover and faux-wood trim on the glovebox door. Instrumentation includes an 80-mph speedometer, auxiliary gauges, and a five-digit odometer that shows just over 20k miles. The 351ci V8 had a net rating of 156 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque when new, which is delivered either to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
