While it was done about twenty years ago, the paint still presents extremely well. Clearly was done to a high standard. This car has been responsibly owned and well-kept and it shows. There are no spots of fade or discoloration. No visible run, dust under the paint, or overspray. If you catch it in the right light you can see some orange peel on the flat panel where the trunk lock is, but that is obviously very minor. - Chrome is very nice throughout. No damage, just one small spot of minor oxidation on the rear bumper underneath the passenger tail light. - Body is nice and straight. No dents, dings, scuffs, etc. Doors and hood/trunk open and close smoothly. The passenger side of the trunk lid sits a tiny bit high, which you may note in the photos. - American Racing wheels are in excellent shape, with no damage. 15â? in the rear, 14â? in the front. Tires, while in nice shape, are a bit older so weâ??d probably replace sooner rather than later. - Glass and light lenses are all clear and crack-free. Interior: - Upholstery is in impressive shape. Please defer to the photos/video, but there are no significant scuffs or damage in the front or rear. Seats are all excellent. Door panels are nice, with no kicked-open markings. - Odometer reads 45,296. Actual mileage is unknown. Odometer is functional, as is the speedo and fuel gauge. Dash lights are functional. - Fairly spartan interior. No radio. No air conditioning. Fan/heat are not functional either. Wipers work, as do all lights and signals. - Headliner was just reupholstered this year, as were the sun visors. Looks great. - Carpeting is very nice throughout. No fraying, discoloration, or stains. - Dash is in great shape. Dash pad has no cracks, warping, or discoloration. No hairline cracks in the console or cluster. The rings around the gauges do show a bit of age. - Door sills are in nice shape. Clean and shiny. Under the Hood / Underbody: - Original engine, 6.6L 400ci V8. Number on the front of the engine ends in 34689, which matches the engine unit number listed in the carâ??s PHS documents. - Please take a look through the underbody photos, as itâ??s documented in detail. Underbody is fantastic. No through rust whatsoever. A new driverâ??s floor was welded in at some point, but the job was done correctly and looks relatively seamless. This car spent a good portion of its life in Arizona before coming to Illinois, where it only came out of the garage during the summer months, so it has stayed nice and dry. - The car runs and drives very well. It starts right up, idles cool and steady, pulls hard and without hesitation, shifts smoothly, tracks straight, steers well, and brakes effectively.
