Description

This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible was built on February 28, 1969 and delivered new to Lustine Chevrolet of Hyattsville, Maryland. Finished in metallic blue with a black soft top over matching vinyl upholstery, the car is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a Positraction differential with 4. 10:1 gearing. Equipment includes black hockey stick side stripes, a rear lip spoiler, Delco push-button AM/FM Blue Dot radio, power-assisted front disc brakes, and 14” Rally wheels. Recent maintenance has reportedly included a carburetor rebuild along with replacement of the battery and tires. Exterior features include black hockey stick stripes on both sides, a front spoiler, rear lip spoiler, and a dual exhaust. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs with rear drums, and a full-size spare is found in the trunk. The interior features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl with a matching dashboard, door panels, and loop carpets. Lap belts are fitted for all occupants, and equipment includes a center console, a Delco Blue Dot push-button AM/FM radio, and faux woodgrain trim. A three-spoke rosewood steering wheel is mounted to a tilt steering column and frames an analog clock flanked by a 120-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer.
