1969 Triumph Spitfire Mk III 5-Speed

This Spitfire is now offered on dealer consignment in New York with a Connecticut registration. The car was finished in white (19) from the factory, and the selling dealer notes that it was repainted in BMW Fire Orange during the build. Additional exterior details include replacement headlights and bezels as well as hood-mounted mirrors, a dark-finished grille insert, and chrome-plated bumpers and trim. Headlight harness relays were added along with replacement horns and custom wiring. The car is not equipped with a soft top or tonneau cover. The 13â?³ Minilite-style wheels feature silver centers and machine-finished lips, and they are wrapped in 175/70 Guardsman Plus tires. The selling dealer reports that polyurethane and replacement rubber suspension bushings were installed during the build along with KYB dampers, M12x1. 5 wheel studs, front lowering springs, Delrin leaf spring spacers, rebuilt front calipers, and a replacement brake master cylinder, rotors, pads, rear wheel cylinders, and shoes. The Miata-specification bucket seats were reupholstered in black leather during the build, and they are complemented by a color-matching replacement upper dash cover, under-dash storage shelf, interior panels, and carpets. Additional appointments include a wooden Triumph logo wooden shift knob, a chrome-plated throttle pedal, a replacement ashtray and turn signal switch, and three-point seatbelts.
