This 1956 Austin-Healey 100 BN2 roadster was built in January 1956 and delivered new to a dealer in Tripoli, Libya. Power is provided by a numbers-matching 2,660cc inline-four, and equipment includes twin SU carburetors, four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes, a 100M-style louvered bonnet, a reclining windshield, a black convertible top, a black tonneau cover, and 15? chrome knock-off wire wheels. Originally finished in black with a red convertible top, the body was repaired and refinished in Healey Blue by Healey Surgeons of Takoma Park, Maryland, in 1999. Features include chrome bumpers with overriders, a 100M-style louvered bonnet with a leather bonnet strap, and an adjustable reclining windshield.
