Description
Powered by a 360ci V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission, the truck is finished in red with gold-colored graphics over a red vinyl interior. Equipment includes an oak-trimmed bed, chrome exhaust stacks, 15â?³ slotted wheels, a tonneau cover, a receiver hitch, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, and an AM/FM stereo. The Liâ??l Red Express was based on the Dodge D150 Utiline stepside pickup and produced for the 1978 and 1979 model years. The 1979 edition was distinguished by stacked quad headlamps, a flatter hood, and a revised grille. The model came finished in Medium Canyon Red (PY3450) with an oak-trimmed bed, gold-colored pinstriping and graphics, chrome bumpers, and vertical exhaust stacks behind the cab. Chrome-finished 15â?³ slotted wheels are mounted with 275/60 Goodyear Eagle GT II white-letter tires. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The cab features a red vinyl bench seat with belts for three occupants along with a color-keyed dashboard, carpeting, and door panels. Woodgrain trim accents the dashboard and the door panels, and the truck is also equipped with air conditioning and a Chrysler-branded AM/FM stereo. A Tuff steering wheel sits ahead of an 85-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and alternator status.
