Description
A subsequent refurbishment involving exterior, interior, and mechanical modifications culminated with a repaint in May 2020. Power is from a 2. 4-liter KA24DE inline-four and five-speed manual transmission sourced from a 1991 240SX, and additional equipment includes a 280ZX front suspension and disc brake assembly, adjustable QA1 rear coilovers, 15 Riken mesh wheels, a paint-matched roll bar, a replacement fuse block, bolstered bucket seats, Speedhut gauges, and more. The body was refinished in May 2020, reportedly in its factory yellow following corrosion repair and application of epoxy primer. The window trim and B-pillars were painted satin black, while the bumpers, grille, and tail light trim were coated in a dark metallic. Body seals and weatherstripping were replaced following the work. Black 15x7 Riken mesh wheels wear polished lips, Datsun center caps, and 195/50 Yokohama S-drive tires. Chassis modifications include 280ZX front suspension and brakes, a FutoFab front sway bar, and QA1 adjustable coilovers in the rear that have been revalved by Troy Ermish Racing. The black interior features vintage racing-style bucket seats, carpets, a recently-replaced headliner, and a body-colored four-point roll bar behind the seats. Door, kick, and rear side panels were fabricated from T3 aluminum and powder-coated black.
