Description
7-liter MerCruiser inline-four, a five-speed manual transmission, and a galvanized replacement chassis. Work also included refurbishing the bulkhead and seat box, overhauling the brakes, suspension, and heater, refreshing the interior, and installing Bilstein remote-reservoir shocks, 16â?³ Wolf tubeless wheels, a Warn winch, a custom-fabricated exhaust system, and a replacement wiring harness. The truck features aluminum body panels finished in Light Green as well as a white removable hardtop, a dual-swing tailgate, a Warn winch, a receiver hitch, and a folding windshield. A galvanized replacement chassis was installed during the build, and the bulkhead and seat box were refurbished. The underside of the bonnet was repainted in 2024. Photos of the work can be found in the gallery. 16â?³ Wolf tubeless wheels wear 225/75 Kumho Roadventure MT51 tires, and a spare tire is mounted to the hood. The four-wheel drum brakes were overhauled during the build, and remote-reservoir Bilstein shocks were installed. The front split-bench seat was dyed to match the exterior and the transmission tunnel was modified to accommodate the five-speed transmission. The Kodiak heater was also rebuilt, and the battery was relocated under the seat.
