1970 Datsun 240Z

This 1970 Datsun 240Z is finished in orange over black vinyl and powered by an overhauled numbers-matching 2. 4L inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Additional work performed included replacing the brakes, suspension components, and clutch along with installation of new interior materials and three-point seatbelts. The project was completed in early 2020 and has not been driven since it was finished. The car was disassembled before the exterior, interior, and engine bay were refinished in orange, and the underbody and floor were coated with POR-15 rust preventative. Exterior features include a gunmetal gray front lip with air inlets, fender mirrors, and a one-piece ducktail spoiler. Silver 15â?³ VTO Lemans wheels feature a polished outer lip and wear BRE center caps as well as 195/60 Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position tires. The braking and suspension systems have been refurbished using new front rotors and pads, rear drums, and adjustable shocks paired with Eibach springs at each corner. The cabin has been refreshed using new upholstery, seat foam, and plastics along with Dynamat sound-deadening material that has been installed under the replacement carpets. Amenities include high-back bucket seats, RetroBelt three-point seatbelts, roll-down side windows, and a heater.
