1966 Jaguar XKE

Unmolested 1966 xke jaguar 2+2 with 51,476 miles i bought from a family i have known a long time that father passed away, it had been sitting in garage with car cover on it since 2004. car has some surface rust here and there but overall good shape with driver quality paint with chips,dings,scratches being older paint.Interior very nice including carpet. Has couple cracks in dash and headliner had fallen so i removed it.Guages and Switches and everything Very Nice. Has numbers matching engine and transmission as shown in pics that it matches data plate. Engine spins freely with push of starter button,has good compression and spark and i sprayed starting fluid and it tried to start. I have gas tank out and just ordered one with new sending unit and pick up tube.Has automatic transmission.front end,steering and rear end seem tight and bushings all seem surprisingly good shape.Floorboards,frame,suspension mounting is solid as shown in pics.Has newer Michilen Tires on it.Only thing not original that i know is cassette player nicely installed.All Lights,Blower,map light,etc. works on the car. I am more of a Classic and Muscle Car guy and have 2 other cars to Restore so Decided to let this one Go just having Too many cars,toys,projects,Etc.
