Description
This 1973 BMW 3. 0 CS was reportedly picked up via the European Delivery program by a pilot in the US Air Force when new. The car then spent 34 years in the possession of former Road & Track editor Ron Wakefield starting in 1982, during which time it received a repaint in Baikal Blue as well as reupholstered leather seats, engine refreshment, and a five-speed manual transmission conversion by La Jolla Independent BMW Service.
